21 March – 30 August
Set in the historic House with the Heads, the exhibition explores Amsterdam’s role as a centre for free thought in the 17th century, when the city offered refuge to printers, philosophers, and religious minorities from across Europe.

IT'S HERE! Our new publication explores the historic building that houses our museum and library, once a hub for artists, thinkers, and visionaries in the Dutch Golden Age.
We offer a wide range of activities, from monthly lunch concerts and academic lectures to embodiment experiences and children’s workshops, as well as tours through our building and visits to the rare book room. Come and discover what sparks your interest.
