Shipping policy

Orders from our museum shop are dispatched once a week, every Saturday, and are shipped with PostNL.

Please note that, depending on when you place your order, processing may take up to 7 days before your order is dispatched.

Delivery times

The Netherlands

Orders are generally delivered within 1–2 business days after dispatch.

International orders

Delivery times depend on the destination. As a general indication:

• Belgium: 1–2 business days
• Germany: 2–3 business days
• Other European destinations: approximately 2–6 business days
• Destinations outside Europe: delivery times vary by country

These delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur during busy periods, due to disruptions within the postal network, or because of customs procedures for international shipments.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and will be shown at checkout.

If tracking is included with your shipping method, you will receive the tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
