In this second installment of our somatic journey at the Embassy of the Free Mind, we focus on the body as a vessel for inner awareness and self-discovery.
This session centers on the Earth Element, mapping the Spleen (Yin) and Stomach (Yang) meridians onto our physical form. Energetically, the Earth element is about grounding, deep structural nourishment, and the comforting sensation of coming home to oneself. When our earth energy is balanced, we cultivate a deep sense of safety, stability, and inner knowing. By folding inward and quieting the analytical mind, you will learn to listen to the subtle signals of your energetic system and rest deeply in your own innate wisdom.
This 60-minute sequence utilizes passive holds to anchor your energy and cultivate stability, specifically targeting the anatomy of the front line of the body, the hips, and the quadriceps.
