Sound Healing with Arek

'The Sun is Passing the Sign of Leo', Mikalojus Konstantinas Čiurlionis, 1906–1907.

Let vibration travel through you until your nervous system remembers how to rest.

In a culture that prizes constant output, that treats stillness as unproductive, a Sound Bath offers something rare: permission to do nothing, and to be changed by it.

This session traces an old lineage, the use of resonant sound for healing, held across Tibetan, Himalayan, and crystal bowl traditions, and brings it into a contemporary, embodied practice. You will lie down. You will be guided from the alert, active state of Beta and Gamma brain waves into the deep, restorative territory of Theta and Delta. Not thinking your way to calm, but being carried there.

The instruments themselves carry intention. Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls, crafted from pure quartz and blended with gemstones, semi precious stones, and precious metals, each tuned for a specific quality: enlightenment, healing, love, grounding. Himalayan singing bowls, made under the full moon in Nepal, offering deep, resonant tones for clarity and calm. These are joined by Tibetan bowls, Handpan, and Gong, layered together into a single, immersive current of sound.

The session opens with a short meditation and intention setting, and closes with space to share and reflect. In between, you are simply asked to receive.

What this offers:

  • Deep rest in the body
  • Reduced stress, anxiety, tension, and pain
  • Activation of the body's own capacity to heal
  • Release of emotional blockages
  • A stronger connection to intuition
  • Greater clarity and awareness

About the Host

The very first time Arek heard the handpan, he instantly fell in love with its sound. He knew that one day, this unique instrument would become part of his path. Years later, the Alchemy Crystal bowls crossed his journey, sparking a deep and lasting passion for Sound Healing — an alternative therapy that uses the vibrations of special instruments to support physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

To deepen his calling, Arek trained in several holistic disciplines, preparing himself to guide others as a sound healer and holistic therapist. Today, he offers intimate group experiences and individual sessions in Amsterdam area.

His sessions are known as profound healing journeys. Through sound healing meditations, he creates a space of deep relaxation, inner insight, and restoration. Blending a wide range of instruments and frequencies, each experience becomes truly unique.

With heartfelt joy, he shares the magic of sound, uniting people through vibration and resonance.
